Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. And we will need electricity and water!

Please note, if the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add the First Time Clean service to your cleaning in order to give our cleaners time to complete their work.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window).

Our cleaners strive to deliver outstanding service, but there are certain limitations to what we can offer or guarantee. We always prioritize safety, liability, and the highest quality standards. If you have any questions about your cleaning or the following list, please don’t hesitate to call us!

Please note that we do not provide the following services:

We cannot perform cleaning services while other services (e.g., plumbing, painting, construction) are being conducted in or around the home.

No lifting or moving of heavy items, such as refrigerators, stoves, or tables.

No handling of delicate items like vases, hung pictures, or other fragile decor.

While we are happy to load your dishwasher, we cannot put dishes away afterward to avoid the risk of breakage.

We do not clean items or areas that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

We cannot remove excessive pet hair from upholstery.

Cleaning exterior windows is not within our scope.

We do not clean mini blinds beyond light dusting, as they can be easily bent or damaged.

Removing strong odors (e.g., mold, animal waste, smoke) is not guaranteed, though we will do our best.

We do not clean the interiors of dishwashers or washing machines.

We do not clean light bulbs.

We do not clean homes with rodent or insect infestations.

We do not remove excess paint from surfaces.

Post-construction cleaning is available, but it requires an in-person visit for a quote and is not covered by our online booking system.
We do not perform deep carpet or floor cleaning (e.g., steam cleaning, polishing, waxing).

We do not remove heavy marks or stains from walls, baseboards, or other painted surfaces to avoid potential paint damage.
